Plainsboro Township is in the process of preparing an updated Circulation Plan Element of its Master Plan. A Circulation Plan Element is a policy document that the Township uses to guide future decisions on transportation, circulation, and mobility related issues. The final document provides decision-makers with priorities of where to direct funding or to seek out grants as they become available. The creation of a new master plan element is a collaboration with residents, business owners, the Planning Board and Township staff and guided with the help of the Township's consultant, CME Associates.
