NOTICE OF TOWNSHIP COMMITTEE VIRTUAL MEETING
PLEASE BE ADVISED that the Township Committee of Plainsboro Township will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, January 13, 2021, at 5:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building located at 641 Plainsboro Road, Plainsboro Township, New Jersey. Pursuant to the provisions of the New Jersey Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A. 10:4-8(b), this meeting will be held by means of the use of electronic communications equipment. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, no members of the public shall be permitted to physically attend the meeting. The public, however, is invited to attend the meeting electronically.

Public Participation:
- Comments will be taken at the public comment segment of the meeting. If you wish to comment please state your name and address for the record at that time.
- If any member of the public would like to submit comments or questions in writing prior to the meeting, they may do so via email to townshipclerk@plainsboronj.com or drop off in writing to the municipal complex located at 641 Plainsboro Road, Plainsboro, NJ 08536 to the Township Clerk’s Office no later than 4:00 pm on the day of the scheduled Committee meeting. Comments will be read and addressed during the public comment segment of the meeting.
- Public participants will be placed in a virtual waiting room during the executive session portion of the meeting. Participants will return the public section of the meeting when the regular meeting reconvenes.
The Township Committee will take formal action at this meeting.
The Township is using this format in an effort to mitigate the chance of exposure to COVID-19, as a part of the Township’s ongoing effort to slow the rate of transmission and avoid overwhelming our treatment centers.
