By using the system, Township officials will be able to quickly route them directly to the department responsible for resolving the issue. Each entry is automatically assigned a tracking number and instantly routed via e-mail to the department responsible for handling the service request.
The web-based software tool is intended to allow Township officials to increase efficiency and shorten response time.
