Last night, January 4th, the Plainsboro Township Committee held its annual Reorganization meeting. In addition to conducting business for 2021, Peter Cantu was sworn in for his 16th three-year term on the Township Committee
This year’s meeting was modified due to COVID precautions and we will take a look at the 2020 accomplishments and what we can expect for 2021 in the near future. We have all made tremendous efforts to adapt to the pandemic challenges we have faced during this vulnerable time and look forward to returning to in-person interactions and a “new normal” at some time in 2021.
The Township Committee wants you to know in spite of the significant challenges that our community faced in 2020, we continue to provide excellent services to the citizens of our community. None of this would have been possible without the support of our outstanding residents and businesses, our hard working employees and our many volunteers - - thank you!
We want to remind our community that the best place to look for trending information and updates is our website at https://www.plainsboronj.com/ and also COVID information and vaccination information, when announced by the State of New Jersey and Middlesex County, will continue to appear on our COVID Bulletin Board at https://www.plainsboronj.com/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=400
The Township Committee extends their best wished for a happy and healthy New Year!
