[ARCHIVED] Bulk Waste Day (with Restrictions) to Proceed This Saturday, August 8th

Saturday’s Bulk Waste Day will proceed - with restrictions - this Saturday, August 8th from 8:00am to 5:00pm at the Plainsboro Recycling/Conservation Center located off of Grovers Mill Road.


If you are feeling ill, caring for an acutely sick family member, come into contact with an acutely sick individual, or have COVID symptoms, please do not enter the facility.


To participate, residents must:

  • Wear a mask throughout your visit to the facility
  • Dispose of your own items.  Staff is unable to assist you in removing items from your vehicle
  • Maintain a distance of at least six feet, if possible, from other visitors and employees
  • Leave the facility immediately after discarding your items


As a reminder, items accepted include white goods; bicycles; lawn mowers; furniture; wood scrap; and other bulky items. Regularly recycled items are NOT accepted (e.g. cardboard, plastic bottles/cans, & metal bottles/cans). Construction and demolition debris is not accepted, but residents are allowed to dispose of small quantities of masonry and paving items.


Proof of residency is required.
