The township recently installed eight new water spouts within the Community Garden area. This will make watering individual garden plots more convenient for gardeners.

Also, to halt deer from coming into the gardens, an eight-foot tall deer fence was placed around the perimeter of the entire garden. This will eliminate the need for individual fences to be installed at each garden plot.

To prevent burrowing animals from entering underground into the garden, an 18” below ground fence was installed.

Lastly, a new single gate was mounted, making it easier for gardeners to enter and exit.
