[ARCHIVED] Riverwalk Townhomes coming in 2020!

The Townhomes at Riverwalk is a 55+ active adult community consisting of 45 townhome units located a half mile past Penn Medicine Princeton Health on Plainsboro Road, in Plainsboro will be opening in 2020.

The Townhomes at Riverwalk offer four different models: The Ashton, The Bentley, The Sutton, and The Fairview. Of these models, two offer main floor master bedrooms and two offer second floor master bedrooms. An elevator option exists for the two models offering upstairs master bedrooms. All of the models come with three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and a 2-car garage. Sizes range from 1,644 to 2,376 square feet, and do not come with basements. Units with second floor master bedrooms have a full, finished third floor walk-up storage area and units with first floor master bedrooms have a sizeable finished storage area on the second floor to provide ample storage within the unit.

Residents of The Townhomes at Riverwalk will enjoy plenty of amenities, located on the adjacent ‘Ovation at Riverwalk’ apartment site. These amenities include a pool with a locker room, fitness and yoga studios, a golf simulator sports lounge, library, theatre room/lecture hall, demonstration kitchen, and casual dining restaurants— including a wine bar/restaurant, a piano bar, a healthy grab-and-go cafe, and a self-serve coffee bar.

The sales office is scheduled to open within the next several weeks and will be located at the site at 20 Riverwalk. There will be a design studio located on the premises for prospective buyers to choose their options and upgrades. Prior to the opening of the sales office, prospective buyers can meet with Danielle Spilatore, Broker/Associate at Callaway Henderson Sotheby’s International Realty, at 4 Nassau Street in Princeton.
