A groundbreaking was held earlier this week for the Riverwalk project. This 305 unit adult retirement community is located off of Plainsboro Road between Firmenich and Merwick Care & Rehabilitation Center. Most of the site will contain a 260 multi-level apartment complex with underground parking, restaurants and recreation leisure space. There will also be 45 townhomes with two-car garages, optional elevators, and a choice of ground level or second floor master bedrooms.
