We are saddened to learn that Michael Greenstein, the husband New Jersey State Senator Linda Greenstein of the 14th District, has died.

Mr. Greenstein was a mechanical engineer and served as a college professor for over 20 years, most recently as an adjunct at the College of New Jersey.

Linda and Michael were married for 44 years.  They have a son, Evan Greenstein.

Mayor Peter Cantu said: “On behalf of the Township Committee, township employees and the residents of Plainsboro, we extended our deepest condolences to Senator Greenstein and Evan.  As husband and wife they were inseparable and he was very supportive of the Senator’s work.  His sudden passing is a loss to his family, and those that knew him.  Linda, please know that you and Evan will be in our prayers.”
