Plainsboro Township wants to offer a helping hand to the residents of Houston as a result of the devastation from Tropical Storm Harvey. The storm has caused a tremendous demand to help the thousands of people whose lives have been impacted by the storm.
The Township has partnered with Hermann Services, Inc., a family owned transportation company since 1927 located in Dayton, NJ. They have identified items of need and agreed to transport those goods to Houston in the near future. Click here /DocumentCenter/View/4693 for a listing of items that are needed by the people of Houston to start the relief and recovery process.
A trailer has been located at the municipal building behind the Recreation Building (641 Plainsboro Road) where donated items (only new and unopened listed items) can be dropped off between 8:30 am and 3:45 pm, Tuesday through Friday. Hermann Services, Inc. can be reached at 877-910-6535 or the Township at 609-799-0909 ext. 1719, if you have any questions.
