Celebrate Jazz Appreciation Month tomorrow, Friday, April 28th for our final Jazz Series performance. Fascinating Rhythm Jazz Combo will be playing at Town Center Elementary School at 7pm. The nucleus of this group is a strong rhythm section of piano, bass and drums, featuring Steve Kaplan, a multi-instrumentalist on various sizes of saxophone, clarinet and flute. The focus is on historically significant artists and compositions, such as Duke Ellington, Benny Golson, Benny Carter, and great American song book writers, such as the Gershwins, Cole Porter, Irving Berlin and many others.
