Plainsboro Township, in cooperation with New Jersey Audubon, will be conducting a managed deer hunt at the Plainsboro Preserve during the 2019-2020 season beginning September 14, 2019. This is the second year for such a hunt.
The managed deer hunt is intended to reduce the deer population to minimize widespread vegetation damage to the Preserve and the surrounding areas. The deer harvest program is consistent with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Fish and Wildlife rules.
