How do I obtain a license for my dog/cat?
Dog/Cat license applications are available on our website or in the clerk’s office. A valid rabies vaccine is required and must be current through October 31st of the licensing year as per State Statute (N.J.A.C. 8:23 A 4.1). Licenses are renewable annually after January 1st. Licenses renewed after February 1st will be assessed a $5 late fee for each month the renewal is late. Download the applications online.
