Hybrid Zumba 18+  A Dynamic whole body muscle conditioning mixed with fun intervals of Zumba dance

Virtual Yoga Strength 16+  Build strength, flexibility and muscle tone using your own body weight.

Virtual Pilates and Endurance 18+ A challenging but safe class that will add resistance for strengthening, toning and lengthening your entire body

NEW!  Virtual Yin Yoga 16+  A slow paced style of yoga which incorporates a full body stretch using pillows and blankets for props.  Passive poses are held for an extended period of time (1-3 mins) without using muscular effort.  This is not about getting stronger.  It's about relaxing and becoming aware of your inner silence.  This practice targets the connective tissue of the bones and joints improving the range of motion and flexibility.

NEW!  Virtual Total Body Toning 101 18+  This beginner's class will focus on moves to tone and strengthen all major muscle groups.  Light dumbbells or objects from around your home will be used.

Virtual Amazing Athletes Ages (Ages 2 1/2 -6) Introduce your little one to the fun and exciting world of sports!

Virtual Learn to Code with Scratch Level 2 (Ages 8-13) For students who have completed Level 1

Virtual Chess Instruction (Ages 5-12) High level instruction in addition to supervised play will be provided to students of all levels 

Getting a puppy for the Holidays?

20 Paws Canine Training - Puppy Class 18+  Pet owners will benefit from this class for their puppy to learn cues, potty training, crate training, and more

Sunday, February 21st
Join us for a trip to the Poconos on a coach bus for a day of skiing, snowboarding and/or tubing.  Bus will leave Plainsboro Recreation & Cultural Center for Ski Shawnee @ 7:15am and return by 6:00pm
