I have played soccer my entire life, from club, to high school, to college, to semi pro, and on local men’s teams. My love for the game has never been stronger. I grew up in Somerset, NJ where I attended Franklin High School. I was proud to have captained a team that made it to the Central Jersey State Finals and still holds the second best record in school history. At Franklin, I earned All-State and All-Conference honors. I represented New Jersey in the ODP program and had the good fortune of playing with many regional and national pool players. I was later recruited to Rider University where I became a 4-year starter, playing in over 62 Division 1 games. While at Rider, I got my coaching career started being a field coordinator and instructor for Soccer Excellence Summer Camps. After college, I also trained with the South Jersey Barons Division III Semi-Pro team. Over the past 18 years I have worked as a trainer for some of the top soccer companies and clubs in the state. I have a USSF National ‘D’ license and have been to several NSCAA workshops. I spent 6 years working with West Windsor Plainsboro South High School helping them to 2 Conference Championships and a top 20 state ranking, as assistant coach for the boys varsity soccer team. I currently work as one of the technical directors of the Bob Smith Soccer Academy. In 2014 I helped lead two NJ Rush Academy teams to the State Cup Finals. In 2016 I became the girls varsity coach at West Windsor Plainsboro South High School. As an independent trainer I have worked with some elite athletes and helped give them the skills they needed to become Division 1 soccer players. But, what I am most proud of is working with underdog players and turning them into stars.
